SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped from our studio Monday through Friday. Because we are a small team, some orders may take up to 2 days to process before shipping.
We offer free domestic USPS ground shipping, which arrives in 5-9 business days and 2 day UPS air shipping (at a cost of $25).
Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates. All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide an alternate address if you receive mail via PO box.
International Shipping:

RETURNS:
We love hearing from our customers. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@ancientcelebrity.com.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ancient Celebrity purchase, you may return your clean, unused item to our address within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
For domestic orders, a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
For international orders, the customer will pay for shipping. Please note Ancient Celebrity cannot reimburse duty or taxes incurred in the international shipping process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ancientcelebrity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For domestic returns, please help us and the planet by sending your return in the same Re-Pack circular packaging used to ship your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
